Alabama progressive metal outfit ERRA have kept fans waiting for the follow up to their 2013 studio album Augment, and they're ready to deliver with Drift, which will be their first studio album with new vocalist J.T. Cavey (ex-Texas In July). Their previous vocalist Ian Eubanks left the band after one year and one release (2014's Moments of Clarity EP) with them.
The band released the title track from the album, which will be released on April 8 via Sumerian Records. Physical pre-order bundles are on sale right now via Sumerian's webstore. There are eight bundles to choose from, and seven of them feature a different article of clothing or shirt design to keep things different. Itunes pre-orders will go live on March 4, and vinyl pre-orders will go live in the near future.
ERRA will be a part of the Sumerian Records 10 year anniversary tour, which kicks off this Friday inside the Skyway Theatre in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tour (which features After The Burial, Born of Osiris, Veil of Maya, and Bad Omens) will hit up cities such as Cleveland (Agora Theatre And Ballroom on February 24), New York City (Gramercy Theatre on February 27), Austin (Dirty Dog Bar on March 6), and Denver (Summit Music Hall on March 16). Tickets are on sale right now. VIP tickets are still on sale for select shows.
