Otake, former guitarist of the defunct band CindyKate, formed the unit back in April 2014, but details about the rest of the band or future releases were not revealed until a month after. Vocalist NOAH, drummer Hyu-ga (both from A→Z), bassist Kagari (ex-ArcDear support), and guitarist Yoshito (ex-Saintia) were revealed to be the members of the new band. They will hold their first live and sponsored event, Nuovo Strada Reale, on July 11 at SHIBUYA-REX, followed by their first tour Fukaki (孵化) which runs from July 16 through October 11 with their tour final threeman, Fine Di Covare, on October 25 at SHIBUYA-REX. Otake and Noah will also model for visual makeup house Tritt für Tritt's tenth anniversary event, Tritt für Tritt, Ikebukuro wo JACK!? ~Shikaku to Choukaku no 「Jikohyougen」~ =HAIR MAKE & LIVE SHOW=, at Ikebukuro Toshima Koukaidou, along with their former UNDER CODE comrades and a plethora of other well known visual musicians not related to the label.
